Privacy Policy
OmniVentis Systems operates QuotaPartner, an AI Business Operating System. This policy describes how QuotaPartner accesses, uses, stores, and protects information when an organization uses the service.
Information we process
We process account and workspace information supplied by customers, operational records created in QuotaPartner, and data a customer explicitly authorizes through connected services. Access is limited to the organization, workspace, user, and provider permissions associated with the connection.
Google user data
When a customer connects Google Workspace, QuotaPartner uses authorized Gmail data to send approved messages and synchronize the connected inbox, and Google Calendar data to list calendars, read availability, create or update events, manage attendees, and request Google Meet conference details. Provider tokens remain encrypted and server-side. QuotaPartner does not request Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Contacts, or unrestricted Google Mail access for these features.
QuotaPartner’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How information is used
Information is used to provide customer-requested workflows, synchronize authorized provider records, maintain security and audit evidence, support users, and improve service reliability. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Storage, security, and retention
Credentials and provider refresh tokens are encrypted and processed only by server-side services. Tenant authorization is enforced before connected data is read or changed. Records are retained according to customer agreements, legal obligations, security requirements, and configured retention controls.
Sharing and subprocessors
Information is disclosed only to service providers needed to operate QuotaPartner, when directed by the customer, or when legally required. Providers are limited to the information needed for their contracted function.
Access, deletion, and connection control
Authorized administrators can disconnect Google integrations and request access, correction, export, or deletion of customer data, subject to contractual retention and legal requirements. Disconnecting stops new provider access; customers may also revoke access from their Google Account.
