Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to QuotaPartner, an enterprise AI Business Operating System operated by OmniVentis Systems. Customer order forms, subscriptions, and written agreements may provide additional terms.

Authorized use

Customers must use QuotaPartner only for lawful business purposes, maintain accurate account information, protect user access, and grant integrations only to accounts and data they are authorized to manage.

Connected services

Google Workspace and other third-party services remain governed by their own terms. Authorization permits QuotaPartner to perform only the connected features and scopes approved by the user. Installation, authorization, provider health, and successful delivery are separate states.

Customer data

Customers retain ownership of their data. Customers authorize OmniVentis Systems to process that data as necessary to provide, secure, support, and maintain QuotaPartner. Customers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and permissions associated with submitted or connected data.

AI-assisted output

Gnoveris and other AI-assisted features may produce recommendations, summaries, or drafts. Customers must review consequential output before use. AI output is not legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice.

Acceptable use

Users may not attempt unauthorized access, bypass tenant or security controls, introduce malicious code, misuse provider integrations, violate privacy or communications laws, or use the service to harm others.

Availability and changes

We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change to improve security, comply with provider requirements, or maintain product integrity. Material contractual changes follow applicable customer agreements.
